**For example: When you are in an “all inclusive” environment, unless you want to do a shopping trip, for example, or cultural excursion, you don’t have to leave the resort in most cases.
It is recommended that you use the services of that resort to set up any excursions unless you have the planned before arrival.
Research options
Steer away from or be very cautious of unknown online travel sites when booking a vacation or trip that requires more than just an airline ticket. Some of these sites can be very deceiving as far as their information, and, it might not be as thorough as an agency can provide.

On certain customized trip planning, commonly known as FIT’s, Great Escapes Travel may require an upfront plan to go fee that is non-refundable but applicable to your final invoice. This fee confirms our commitment to the traveler to work within requested guidelines and budgets as agreed before the planning of a trip starts.

A collaborative process with us will result in an itinerary that does meet your needs, interest, requests and requirements. At most any time, rates and availability are never guaranteed until you have placed the required amount of funds to your trip determined by the travel supplier that has been utilized to secure the trip.
